Heathfield Farmers Market is held on the 3rd Saturday of every month in the Heathfield Co-Op car park. The next Farmers Market will be held on Saturday 20th March 2010.
There will be all the usual stalls selling: Fresh Fish, Vegetables, in season Fruit, Meat, Sausages, Bacon, Eggs, Pies, Game, Smoked Fish and Meat, Cheese, Cakes, Preserves, Bread, Olives, Plants and Flowers and a wide range of arts and crafts.
Come along and buy good food and support your local farmers and producers.

The Farmers Market is Certified by FARMA, the Farm and Retail Marketing Association, this involves an inspection by the Soil Association and guarantees that the Market meets a high standard and that all the Stallholders comply with strict standards which include produce being produced locally by the Stallholder, and that where items are cooked or baked all the ingredients are produced locally where possible. The Market was inspected in February and the inspector said ours was one of the best that he has inspected.
We now offer a full range of Meat Products including Game, Poultry, Pork, Beef, Lamb and sausages. There is also a range of Cheeses, Bread, Cakes, Smoked Fish, Honey, Vegetables in season, Eggs, Preserves, Olives, Plants and Flowers and a range of Crafts.
We are always looking for new producers to increase the range of products and seeking ways to improve the Market and maintain its reputation as one of the best Farmers Markets in East Sussex.
